Ordering Process made easy
Order your piece, get sent an inclusion kit with instructions.
Send your inclusions in the prepaid packing provided.
I create your bespoke piece and send you a proof photo to check your happy with the look.
Once your happy, I send you your piece beautifully packaged.
If you live within Caerphilly or nearby areas and do not feel comfortable sending your inclusion in the post, I am happy to do a door to door service.

High-quality materials: Solid Sterling Silver is used for my Core range, but I can source 9ct/18ct gold or gold vermeil options. I use the industry best resin, ensuring the best preservation to keep your precious inclusion safe and looking good for years.
Thoughtful design options: A range of styles to suit customers personal taste and the relationship they had with the person being remembered.
Compassionate customer service: Sensitive, respectful support throughout the customer journey, I want you to love you piece because I understand the importance of the service and the piece.
Warranty: I have confidence in the product and its longevity and this is important for such a sentimental piece, therefore I offer a repair or replacement policy.
